Ready.gov and CitizenCorps.gov offer many to individuals and organizations wanting to get involved.  Some resources include videos and publications available to aid trained volunteers, archived webinars to support  organizations supporting preparedness  toolkits for individuals and organizations just getting started and want to have an active role disaster preparedness activities and have a role during an emergency response.
